Secretary-General Receives Path to Peace Award, Gives Monetary Prize to Two Charities

Secretary-General António Guterres

Receives the 2021 Path to Peace Award

And Gives Monetary Award to Two Charities

On November 16, 2021, at Guastavino's in Manhattan, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres received the prestigious Path to Peace Award.

There is normally a monetary award that accompanies the honor. The Secretary-General asked that the award be split between two charities, Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem Foundation and the Daughters of Charity "Centre de Nutrition et de Santé Rosalie Rendu" in Cité de Soleil, Haiti.

Those who would like to contribute to these two worthy causes in honor of the Secretary-General, and to augment what the Path to Peace Foundation will be giving in the Secretary-General's name prior to Christmas 2021, may do so through the Path to Peace Foundation at the following urls:

Holy Family Hospital in Bethlehem

Daughters of Charity "Centre de Nutrition et de Santé Rosalie Rendu" in Cité de Soleil, Haiti.

Thank you for your support to these two important charitable outreaches highlighted by the Secretary-General.
