New York, NY, Oct. 18 – This afternoon the Holy See Permanent Observer to the United Nations, Archbishop Francis Chullikatt, encouraged countries to work toward building a culture of peace. Convinced that human problems admit of human solutions, he reiterated the importance of States fostering productive, sincere relationships, seeking out forgiveness and reconciliation, as well as being transparent in their dealings with others and being faithful to their word.
